Therefore, the fundamental way of tourist hotels facilities management is the implementation of preventive management. How to implement the preventive management of tourist hotels do? We know that anything in the world will have a life cycle. Therefore, in the process of running that there are bound to be the the wear rules and fault law to any hotel equipment. Any one hotel equipment in use or idle, will be different degrees in the various external forces or forces of nature, because of the physical, chemical reasons arising from physical wear and tear. Such an amount of wear and tear must be a regular change over time. So in the running process of the hotel facilities, the generation of fault must with stages. We can determine it in three stages: First, the initial issuance of the failure period; Second, accidental failure period;Third, deterioration failure period. Therefore, the implementation of effective preventive management from tourist hotels facilities, it is necessary to make a fuss from the three aspects.[2]
