摘要
This paper discusses the effect of creative destruction theoretically, and analyzes various business data selected from Posts & Telecommunications industry of China from 1978 to 2005. The results prove that there exists creative destruction effect in Posts & Telecommunications industry. Technological products are constantly being replaced by different new ones, which impel development of industries. The subrogation embodies truly the growth process with creative destruction characteristics. From some similar experiences and studies, our analysis can further the understanding of the complexity of creative destruction process and system dynamic change.
