摘要
This article analyzes the territorial planning measures for the transport of loads that the local government has been implementing in recent years, particularly in the south of the City of Buenos Aires. The focus is on the experience of the Logistics Transfer Center (CTC) - South, as the first initiative to concentrate the companies in the sector on a common property, strategically located near the main communication routes with the port and connected to the area Metropolitan of Buenos Aires. Measure that, for its part, has been articulated with other interventions and policies of refunctionalization and urban renewal in the area. In this framework, the design, management and implementation stages of this urban project are described, especially reflecting on the role assumed by the local government, its articulation with the private sector and the sense of the proposed urban development.
