摘要：
Many organization acquire disparate Enterprise Systems in operational. The effort to integrate different Enterprise Systems is needed for satisfying business requirements and agile organization. The agile organization is one of the operational strategies for achieve work efficiency. The fact is many organization still need more time for managing information to support decision making for management. This is the challenges and issues that need to be enhance capacity of Enterprise Systems. This study aims to identify key technologies using integration manager for enhance capacity of Enterprise Systems.
