Organizational and Humans Factors - Occupational Health: a study in a public service company

It is in the interlacing of the structure and dynamics of organizations in a certain social context that the human organizational factors dialogue, granting a central place to labor management in the context of the problems of occupational health. This study aims at presenting some outlines of a consulting activity in research on the development of the organization and occupational health in a public entity in northeast Brazil. The accomplished research will include 18 individuals aged between 26 and 45 years, with responsibility in policing the street. We applied two questionnaires: an open one with bio-demographic identification and a closed one aiming at capturing the management system. The study allowed mapping the organization as re-gards the real and the desired management systems and the occupational health in the context of these sys-tems. As initial intervention, it was indicated the identification of personal life projects and possible articula-tions of the life project of the organization.
