The data collected will be complete. There may be some errors in the storage of data each time such as overlapping data collection, non-collection of data etc. It is still used to review information from the team itself, so it has quite a delay and maybe it was a mistake because of the current team. There are no tools available to assist in reviewing the problem. Therefore, the project co-operative and the establishment have a concept of developing a tool to review the completeness of the results of the storage area for the software tool to be used to solve such problems. Documentation and data files are handled differently, based on the storage needs of the user with all inquiries from the team involved. The data obtained was analyzed and designed to be a system using the Python language to develop a script. The developer has developed a complete review tool for product reviews, licensed software products, and the ability to display results that the team needs. The results are as follows: displays synchronized and unmatched lists, including totals, each type is used in conjunction with a review of the completeness of the data in order to make the data more complete.
