摘要：
It uses of literature, courseware, teaching experiments and other methods from the Dance teaching the meaning and application of network needs analysis, Sports Dance Network Teaching System, technical support system, network effects and other aspects of teaching Discussion. The results show that: In the Sports Network Education College is possible, but the hardware and software conditions need to be strengthened; sports dance teachers can effectively integrate networks with the resources to effectively compensate for the lack of traditional classroom teaching; Sports Network Multimedia Teaching Dance fitness level of students and improve motor skills are much better than traditional teaching methods. Only through the online teaching and traditional teaching combination, in order to play good results.
