摘要
Practical experiences show that there is often dispute between Computer Integrated Manufacturing and Lean Manufacturing. Until now it was not possible to implement once of that Systems integrated because many companies was confronted with diverse handicaps. The main reasons are IT-orientation of CIM and human-orientation of Lean. The combination of Computer Integrated Manufacturing and Lean Production could supply the needed advancement of production parameters and therefore allows the production flow and production control optimisation.
