摘要：

The highway traffic accident has become one of social environmental damages for the people's life and property security, uses related highways traffic accident data of the domestic and foreign, analyse the various factors for human, the vehicles, the road environment, the traffic safety management, the weather of the reason to the highway traffic accident, obtained that the driver measure fault or violates regulations is the main reason of the highway traffic accident, and obtained the conclusion that the follows accident and the overturned car accident and remarkably hits the fixture on the highway, adopts the essential measure to control security spacing between the vehicles measure, and the vehicles speed to enhances the highway the traffic safety.
