摘要：
In this paper, Lyapunov approach is applied to study exponential stability and stabilization of linear time-varying singular system. Sufficient conditions for exponential stability and stabilization are obtained. For a special case of system, necessary and sufficient conditions for exponential stability and stabilization are obtained. Ultimately, some numerical examples are given to show the theoretical results established.
