摘要
The ripple of torque can be reduced in the duty cycle model predictive control (Duty-MPC) by optimizing the duty cycle of the active voltage vector. In this article, a pre-selective voltage vector which is based on duty cycle optimization is proposed in traditional MPC for the nine-phase drive system. Therefore, an optimal active voltage vector and a zero-voltage vector are put into use comprehensively with a low computational burden in nine-phase PMSMs. Then, the proposed method is simulated which is based on the surface-mount nine-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). Compared to the traditional MPC strategy, simulation results show the availability and superiority of the duty cycle optimization based MPC in multi-phase motor drives.
