摘要：
The article focuses on definition of the key terms and on definition of the public policies dealing with public private partnership (hereinafter referred to as the "PPP"). This work will analyze the current status of such issue based on the available literature. The article will be divided in three parts and will be elaborated within analysis method in addition by the case study method. The first section will focus on general terms definition mainly public policy, public sector. The second chapter will refer to the PPP and to definition of different types of PPP projects, as well as the SWOT analysis and in the third part we will present the use of PPP projects in the Republic of Serbia.
