Effect of Temperature on COD Measurement by UV-Vis Spectroscopy

摘要
Changes of temperature affect absorbance in the UV-Vis spectrum, thus when using UV-Vis spectroscopy to monitor COD, we should eliminate the effect of temperature on the spectrum. In this paper, the spectral data of COD standard solution will be measured at different temperatures through experiments, then use linear regression to fit the data and obtain the specific relationship between temperature and absorbance, finally to provide a method for spectroscopic monitoring of COD modeling optimization.
