摘要：
This paper tries to consider England and France as two big oligopoly manufacturers in the European aerospace market, and then analyze the rationality of cooperation and competition of European aerospace industry using co-opetition game model and its equilibrium solution based on information sharing under the background of the European integration, in order to provide guidance for integration of regional economy of other countries and regions.
