摘要
The luminescence properties of deep red-emitting Eu2+ activated SrSiN2 were optimized for application to blue light-emitting diodes (LEDs). This phosphor can be synthesized at low temperature, lower than 1200 degrees C, and this phosphor showed broad red emission peaking at 720 nm under 450 nm blue excitation.
