摘要
Market forces play an increasingly important role in petroleum product distribution, sales and pricing. Both refiners and consumers have opportunity to operate, in part, as private bussinesses. The total petroleum product demand is likely to increase by 3.9 per cent per year by 2005 to reach 4.47 mmb/d, that is 140,000 b/d per year over the next decade.
