摘要
In order to adapt to the DN development trend of high permeability of DG interconnection, considering adaptability between DG and framework an optimal planning economic bi-layer model of the DN with target of minimizing social costs is established. The upper model is a DN framework plan with the goal of minimizing comprehensive cost, the lower model is a plan of DG siting and sizing based on the years operation cost minimum as the goal, and according to their characteristics, adopt the improved adaptive patheno-genetic algorithm (APGA) of binary sequence coding and the improved PSO of decimal sequence coding to solve. Finally, using the actual planning area as an example, to verify the rationality and validity of the proposed model.
