LPV based Gain Scheduling Control for 3 DOF Helicopter

摘要
Based on LPV, a gain scheduling controller for a 3 DOF Quanser helicopter is developed. A LPV state-space presentation is established according to the characteristics of each degree of freedom motion. According to the system structure and the performance requirement, the appropriate weighting functions are chosen, and the gain scheduling controller is obtained. By using different weighting functions; numerical simulation studies are conducted, and the results show that LPV based gain scheduling controller is effective for tracking control and disturbance suppression of a 3 DOF helicopter.
