The first heavy-fermion compound-CeAl3 has been studied by a sample rotation technique applied to the Hall coefficient R-H(T,H-0) measurements. The study of the high quality polycrystalline samples of CeAl3 has been carried out in the temperature range 1.8-300 K. A complicated activation type behavior R-H(T,H < 5kOe)similar to exp(E-a1.2/k(B)T) has been established with activation energies E-a1(50-300K)/ kB approximate to 125 K and E-a2(10-35 K)/kB approximate to 3.3 K. Microscopic parameters of charge carriers transport (effective masses, relaxation time of the many-body states at E-F) and localization radii a(p1.2)* of the heavy fermions (a(p2)*(T < 50K)-16 angstrom and a(p1)*(T > 50K)similar to 1.7 angstrom) were estimated for CeAl3.
