摘要
Burnout has turned out to be an issue that could not be neglected in the field of social psychology and organizational management. Teacher is one of the occupations which have the higher frequency of occurrence in job burnout. This paper establishes a general framework of staff burnout influential factors on the basis of respective analysis in individual and organizational aspects. The most effective preventive method mainly lies in organizational intervention, supplemented by individual intervention, changing the individual attitude through enhancing the individual-and-environment matching.
