摘要：
Bullwhip effect is an important problem in supply chain management. This paper analyses the harm caused by the bullwhip effect and why it appears in the supply chain at first, and then analyses the alleviating for the bullwhip, effect by information sharing and Vendor Managed Inventory by combining qualitative and quantitative approaches,and points out the method for achieving information sharing and Vendor Managed Inventory.
