摘要
In this paper, a modeling and simulation approach for the boiler coil pipe bending production line is proposed based on the eM-plant software. The aim of this paper is to analyze the real workshop of manufacturing resource and process data based on the object-oriented simulation modeling technology and give the arrange strategy for improving the continuity and reliability of the manufacturing process. Firstly, the mathematical models of production processing and welding combination processes are studied, including the production line configuration, working time for each product station set theory and the production line buffer size. Secondly, the maximum processing capacity and each station working load are analyzed according to the working state of the workshop and bottleneck analysis. Finally, a simulation model is established to determine optimal control strategy for the material management and storage, human configuration optimization and production scheduling. Simulation results show that the designed boiler coil pipe bending production line can effectively improve the production efficiency.
