Magnetic polaron dynamics of Cd1-xMnxTe/Cd1-yMgyTe mesa-shaped quantum wires in magnetic fields

摘要
Time-resolved magneto-photoluminescence of mesa-shaped Cd0.95Mn0.05Te/Cd0.90Mg0.10Te quantum wires were presented. The formation of the excitonic magnetic polaron was found suppressed in the quantum wires. This effect can be interpreted by taking into account the modification of the s, p-d exchange interaction parameters in quantum wires.
