摘要：
This article describes the eight-year follow-up results of maxillomandibular advancement (MMA) in a cohort of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Results are promising by means of Apnoea Hypopnoea Index (AHI) and Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS). (C) 2012 The British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
