摘要：

In order to solve the current deficiencies and problems of municipal districts and counties property management, this paper proposed a technical program of real estate management information system district integration which based on B/S architecture, optical fiber communication and network technology, workflow and role access control. A management pattern which about logical isolation of business acceptance and check, unified management for charging and certificating between Municipal Real Estate Bureau and its Branch be realized. This technical program are approved in the Ezhou's real estate trade system.
