摘要：

Global military missions require efective pre-hospital medical care for wounded soldiers as soon as possible. Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) is a structured algorithm that was developed to address this issue; it takes into consideration both the injuries that are to be expected as well as the limited resources available under ield conditions. This article summarizes the current state-of-the-art of TCCC.
