摘要：

Perirenal hematoma due to rupture of an aneurysm is a well known complication of periarteritis nodosa, A case is reported in a 14-year-old girl who had a perirenal hematoma, seven arterial hypertension, and a deterioration in general health. A renal angiogram demonstrated microaneurysms consistent with periarteritis nodosa, The value of angiography for the diagnosis of periarteritis nodosa is emphasized.
