In modern enterprises, how to improve work efficiency and effect of management staff has been the subject of study. Especially for some occupation, its employee's emotional labor requirements are relatively high. Then, as an organization, how to ensure that employees in the emotional labor process made emotional expression in accordance with the organization's requirements, so as to ensure the organization's goals to complete, is one of the most important issues. People hope though the research on emotional labor, improving the effect of the work staff, reducing emotional exhaustion in their works, raising their work efficiency, enhancing the individual's job satisfaction.
