摘要：
In order to solve a class of economic problems in the paper we propose a predictor built on new principles, which has demonstrated its efficiency in the implementation process. The study includes: the concept and predictor proposal, the notion of generalized threshold, the economic-mathematical model, the general calculation scheme.
