Research on Using Network Carriers to Improve the Work Effectiveness of Counselors - In Case of N University in Sichuan

Network carriers have diversified forms of communication, content-rich, real-time and interactive, high flexibility and other characteristics. Using network carriers can improve the effectiveness of the work of counselors. This paper discussed the concept and characteristics of counselor work with network carriers, and made a survey about the manners and the effects of using network carriers in counselor work in Sichuan N University, and proposed countermeasures and suggestions on improving the effectiveness of counseling work by means of network carriers.
