摘要：
The two critical success factors to implement a winning e-business as an innovative strategic information systems are as follows: (1) aligning the missions of e-business with its organizational strategic plan, and (2) establishing the physical and logical infrastructures in terms of scalability, availability, real time, security, manageability, adaptability, and flexibility to accommodate the requirements of international Internet end users.
