摘要：

The commercial Banks' competitiveness has a close relation with the bank's survival and development, and the correct evaluation of commercial banks has great significance to promote the competitiveness of commercial banks and the healthy development of financial industry. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method this paper empirically analyzed the 16 listed commercial banks; And using entropy-weight method to index assignment this paper comprehensively analyzed the competitiveness of the listed banks through the comparison of each index level score and comprehensive factor score. The results showed the differences of the state-owned commercial banks, joint-equity commercial banks and the city bank, which have certain reference significance to promote the competitiveness of commercial banks and also offer certain reference for the stock investments.
