The energy and the environment in the world are the two problems which control the economic and social development today. With the dramatic increase in energy consumption such as oil, natural gas and coal etc, energy conservation and emission reduction, green development, and development and utilization of new energy have become the world's economic development strategies. China's government has made some measures to support renewable energy policy, but compared with the developed western countries, there exists a big gap. To realize China's renewable energy sustainable development, we need to learn from foreign advanced experience, improve the supporting policies and measures, and also perfect the incentive policy, implement relevant policies and international standards.
