摘要：
School-enterprise cooperation has become consensus of today's higher engineering education reform and a breakthrough for school to cultivate qualified talents meeting the needs of industrial sectors. But there are many difficulties in process of cooperation due to different respective systems, ideas and income distribution system between schools and enterprises. Insufficient awareness leads to absence of policies; insufficient awareness and policy leads to insufficient investment of funds and personnel. In this paper, these problems are discussed; corresponding countermeasure are given; the reform of personnel training in our school is introduced.
