Differentiating analysis of some 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives

摘要：
The conditions for the differential analysis of five derivatives of 1,4-dihydropyridine: nifedipine, nitrendipine, nisoldipine, nimodipine, and nicardipine were developed by the thin-layer chromatography, differential scanning calorimetry, UV and IR spectrophotometry methods. Also the appropriate thermal, chromatographic and spectrophotometric parameters were established.
