摘要
Corn bran was further treated by ultrasonic and the insoluble dietary fiber(IDF) was obtained. Single factor experiment and orthogonal test were used to optimize the xylanase hydrolysis conditions. The results indicated that the optimized conditions were pH 3.0, 50 degrees C, the ratio of material to liquid 1:40 and enzyme dosage 2.0 mL/ g IDF. Under these conditions, 15.03% soluble dietary fiber was obtained.
