摘要
Social media has become the main channel for business entrepreneurs' electronic marketing especially "Facebook" and "Line" which can reach more and more existing customers and new customers. They can easily and conveniently be used. They help reducing costs of advertising and public relations. Furthermore, customers can also perceive information of goods and services then purchase on demand at any time. Social media has become an important factor for business entrepreneurs to be alert since using more social media causes business competitiveness. As a result of social media has influenced the consumers' purchasing decision goods and services.
