摘要：
Vaccination and Allergen-Immunotherapy (AIT) have been developed in parallel. Adjuvants with immunomodulatory components potentially promote tolerogenic immunocomponents that improve efficacy and safety of AIT. Alumn has been used as adjuvant in AIT for decades. Modern concepts using TLR-4 agonists like Monophosphoryllipid A and vector systems like virus-like particles and other biological immunopotentiators e.g. phosphatidyl serine may further increase the value of adjuvants for AIT.
