摘要
Superionic conductors Cu6PS5Br are obtained in nanocrystalline state with ball-milling. Phonon spectra of micro- and nano-powders are studied using Raman spectroscopy. Due to reduction of crystallite size, we have observed essential low-frequency shifts of the Raman scattering bands, broadening of the latter and the corresponding intensity decrease. Specific features of the Raman spectra of nanometric superionic conductors are explained predominantly by their surface phonon modes.
