摘要：
The goal of this article is to identify weaknesses of the security layer in DLMS/COSEM according to Green Book Version 8. In the latest versions 7.3 and 8 of the Green Book, different security layers were added to protect sensitive and personal data. Security requirements of countries with a high level of data protection necessitated this step. Therefore, Green Book Version 8 intends to ensure confidentiality, availability and integrity of data using state-of-the-art methods in cryptography. This paper identifies and describes vulnerabilities and suggests effective countermeasures.
