Management of quality of information in the context of the organizations: perceptions from the experiment of reliability analysis of the electronic newspapers

摘要
The present research approached the complexity involved in the definition of attributes that allow measuring the dimensions of information quality. For that, a practical experiment is discussed and it analyzes, in depth, one of the dimensions of the information quality: reliability. The analysis involves the electronic versions of the ten most important Brazilian printed daily medium circulation newspapers. The experience verified that the process of analysis of information quality is critical for the full discernment of the important attributes to be analyzed, in addition to the important aspects to be observed for each of the attributes.
