摘要
Growing popularity of mobile devices allows to implement new applications. One of such applications deals with supporting people in visiting museums. The article presents a brief description of existing solutions in the field - mobile applications. Next the article presents a proposal for a new solution that supplements gaps in existing applications in the context of openness to the needs of the deaf and blind. The project "OpenArt - modern art for all" was implemented to complement these shortcomings. This article presents how the application has been developed. The experienced and stages of the work on the prototype have been presented. The new approach to the design has been described in which the functionality of the application is determined by the method of the user interface implementation, so the appearance of a mobile application determines its functionality. The system architecture and guidelines for the application content have also been presented. The article presents the experiences gained in customizing mobile applications for blind people.
