Detection of sea-surface radar targets based on fractal model

摘要
A novel method for detecting radar targets based on fractal characteristics of sea-surface scattering is proposed, in which the fractional Brownian motion model is used. The experiments show that the method is reliable and can improve the accuracy of detection.
