摘要
This article addresses the values and benefits of the strength and conditioning profession as it pertains specifically to the development of individual and team leaders. This author views this arena as an important training ground and learning laboratory for improved team functioning and leadership development. This article will detail how strength and conditioning professionals can maximize team effectiveness and individual and team leadership skills through the A-B-C's of leadership programming, notably, awareness and assessment surveys, application of the talents, techniques, tactics, and leadership styles of effective team leaders, and methods of reinforcement and accountability of targeted areas.
