摘要：
The Electronic Resources and Serials Services (ERSS) department of Auburn University Libraries is using the core competencies for electronic resources librarians as an ongoing assessment tool. It is used for both individual self-assessment of skills and for a department-level assessment of strengths and weaknesses. The department's ultimate goal is to have every competency covered by two people.
