摘要：
Occupational safety training is an area for which Web-based Training (WBT) is particularly well suited. The advantages and benefits of WBT address dir the issues relating to traditional delivery of safety training. One case, that of WBT for laboratory personnel, has been piloted The features incorporated in this pilot ease clearly demonstrated the superiority of WBT in many areas. WBT could be beneficially adapted to and should be the platform of choice for a large variety of occupations in organizations businesses and industries.
