Optimized Measures on Integrated Supply Chain Management of Tourism Industry Cluster

With the creation of systematic tourism product demands, "one longitudinal piece" product which is the large, complete and self satisfactory has lost the competition. The process integration, wide scope, structure layer are of the inevitability for the tourism industry to integrated supply chain manage. The idea of integrated supply chain management to tourism industry cluster is listed in this paper. Then it puts forward optimized measures on integrated supply chain management of tourism industry cluster from many integrative fields, including management body integration, operation platform integration, logistics supplier integration, industry function integration, cooperative mechanism integration, operation environment integration and so on.
