摘要：

For bilingual teaching, after a decade's development, we have got consensus in content and purpose, teaching methods, and faculty construction, etc; but there are still many issues to solve. Based on the bilingual teaching experience and lessons, and ten years of the bilingual teaching research, the article explores the issues in bilingual teaching, to share with the bilingual teachers.
