摘要
With the rapid development of the power system industry, electricity networks' capacity is constantly increasing, and its operating system requires more intellectualization. In such circumstantial case, it is especially important to achieve real-time monitoring and collection of the electrical parameters. Because it can reflect the real problems in the system, and will be of great help to the power systems' maintenance and improvement. In this issue of the design, it uses the AC sampling in order to highlight the real-time display and digitization. In fact, the main advantages are its good real-time, small phase distortion, less investment, and easy maintain. This article describes how to convert power lines parameters into a small current, and then focuses on the electrical parameters of the converted waveform improvement process with I/V conversion, the voltage shift, low-pass filter circuit, AVR processing, serial display and so on. Finally, an example is made to show that the real-time transformer meets the requirements of accuracy, and is more suitable for the power system in the environment of Smart Grid.
