摘要
A problem of constructing a two-component control that steers a control system from an arbitrary point of the phase space to the origin in finite time and stabilizes the system at this point is considered. The solution is based on decoupling the tasks of steering and stabilization, which makes it possible to solve this problem for finite gains.
